These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of DocuForte®, a Document Management System (DMS) developed and owned by ESUOR®. By using our platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using DocuForte, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue using the platform immediately.

3. Use of the Platform

• You agree to use the platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activities under your account.
• You agree not to upload or share content that violates copyright laws, privacy rights, or contains harmful, offensive, or illegal material.

All trademarks, service marks, logos, and software related to DocuForte® are the exclusive property of ESUOR®. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or modify any portion of the platform without prior written consent from ESUOR®.

5. Subscription and Payments

Access to certain features of DocuForte may require a paid subscription. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the applicable pricing, billing, and renewal terms communicated at the time of purchase.

6. Data Privacy

Our use of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using DocuForte, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described therein.

7. Service Availability

We strive to ensure uninterrupted access to DocuForte®, but we do not guarantee that the service will always be available or error-free. Scheduled maintenance or unforeseen technical issues may cause temporary downtime.

8. Limitation of Liability

ESUOR® shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to data loss or business interruption.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without notice if you violate these Terms or engage in any activity that may harm DocuForte® or its users.

10. Modifications to Terms

ESUOR® may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, India.
